Databricks Team Lead – Snowflake & Data Warehousing

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Databricks Team Lead with strong expertise in Snowflake, Data Warehousing, ETL processes, and SQL programming
. The ideal candidate will lead the development and implementation of data pipelines, OLAP queries, and cloud-based data migration projects while driving architectural improvements.

• Data Warehouse Implementation – Design and implement data warehousing solutions with Snowflake and RDBMS migration
  .
• OLAP Query Optimization – Develop and optimize complex OLAP queries for high-performance data retrieval.
• Cloud Data Migration – Lead migration projects from RDBMS to Snowflake Cloud Data Warehouse
  .
• ETL Process Design – Architect ETL workflows using Informatica, Azure Data Factory (ADF), and Snow Pipe
  .
• SQL Programming – Utilize strong SQL skills for complex stored procedures and SnowSQL scripting.
• Cloud Platform Management – Work with AWS, Azure, GCP for data storage solutions such as S3 and ADLS
  .
• Data Modeling & Classification – Develop data models and ensure proper classification for efficient processing.
• Python Development – Implement Python-based automation and data handling solutions.
• Stakeholder Collaboration – Communicate effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders.

• 7+ years of experience in Data Warehousing systems
• 2-3 years of hands-on experience with Snowflake
• Expertise in ETL concepts and Snowflake Architecture
• Strong SQL programming, including stored procedures and SnowSQL
• Experience with Cloud Platforms – Azure, AWS, GCP
• Proficiency in Data Migration & Data Modeling
• Hands-on experience with Python

• Experience with Snow Pipe, Informatica, and ADF
• Familiarity with BI Tools
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Cloud certification (preferred)
