Automation Developer
Develop, test, and deploy small-to-midsize process automations using UiPath, Power Automate, and related tools.
Support and contribute to automations leveraging AI capabilities, including large language models (LLMs) and tools such as ChatGPT, ensuring responsible usage, reliability, performance, and adherence to governance standards.
Contribute to reusable components, standards, and automation best practices.
Support integration and user acceptance testing (UAT), along with deployment and post-implementation validation.
Train and support end users on automation functionality, standards, and best practices.
Monitor production environments, jobs, queues, permissions, and system health across automation platforms.
Log, track, and communicate incidents, issues, and requests in a timely and structured manner.
Bring forward development- and production-related risks or issues to appropriate teams.
Support change governance related to configurations, permissions, packages, and releases.
Partner with business and technical stakeholders to improve automation reliability and user experience.
Contribute ideas that advance the Business Automation roadmap and vision.
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in automation development, software development, or production support.
Foundational experience with UiPath (Studio, Orchestrator, Assistant, or StudioX) or similar automation platforms.
Familiarity with AI-enabled automated solutions, including the use of large language models (LLMs) such as ChatGPT, for enhancing automation effectiveness and user experience. Exposure to ITSM tools (e.g., Service Now) and incident, change, and problem management practices.
Understanding of databases, data structures, and SQL for troubleshooting and reporting.
Familiarity , XML/XSLT, and basic scripting (e.g., Power Shell or Python).
Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery methods.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to balance multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
