Location:

Columbus, Ohio

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily management of Service Now instances.
Lead the resolution of technical challenges.
Provide technical insights for optimization initiatives and roadmap development.
Ensure compliance with Ohio state and Service Now technical standards and best practices.
Update and maintain Enterprise Service Now architectural and technical development standards.
Drive continual process and product quality improvements within technical teams.
Act as the primary contact for Run Book development and maintenance for the State.
Collaborate with Service Now as necessary.
Define and monitor customizations to enterprise instances.
Manage the technical aspects of environments and release processes.

Requirements:

Demonstrated experience in managing Service Now instances.
Strong skills in technical management.
Proven ability to lead and resolve technical issues.
In-depth knowledge of Service Now and Ohio technical standards and best practices.
Experience in driving technical optimization initiatives and developing technical roadmaps.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
