Data Analyst

Our client is building a brand-new data and analytics team to support TPA
2.0, a major initiative to rebuild the client reporting platform from the ground up. The goal is to bring all existing client reports into a single, cohesive dashboard and file feed — establishing the foundation for future modernization and AI work. This is a true data analyst role with a blend of reporting, scoping, and documentation responsibilities.

• Analyze where client reports live today (Cognos, SSIS, server files, etc.) and help define what a cohesive, consolidated reporting view should look like.
• Perform technical scoping, reporting, and documentation to translate business needs into data and visualization requirements.
• Work closely with BI Engineers to ensure data is correctly modeled and visualized in Tableau and other reporting tools.
• Support wire framing, process mapping, and workflow documentation to illustrate how reports and dashboards come together.
• Partner with stakeholders to validate requirements and data accuracy.

• Hands‑on experience as a Data Analyst/Business Systems Analyst with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic understanding of SQL.
• Familiarity with Tableau or other BI tools.
• Experience documenting requirements, workflows, and business logic.
