Job Title: Operations Analyst
Department: Academic Affairs Administration | Timashev Center for Software Innovation
Location: University Square South (1032)
Position Type: Regular
Schedule: 40 hours per week, First Shift
Responsibilities- Provide high‑level support to ensure seamless execution of student innovation and entrepreneurship initiatives across CSI, KCE, and the AI Fluency initiative.
- Serve as the functional lead for operational tools and data analytics: run data analytics infrastructure, design dynamic dashboards, translate raw data into actionable insights and visual impact reports.
- Act as the primary administrator for project management and operational tools (e.g., Asana, CRM, Microsoft suite, Google suite, Claude, Gemini, Worldlabs); build and maintain project boards, automate workflows, and partner with the Operations Lead and AVP to ensure effective tool usage.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance on internal systems; ensure data integrity, operational consistency, and monitor progress to identify bottlenecks.
- Maintain team processes and documentation: organize digital storage, standardize and update SOPs and playbooks, track MOUs, contracts, and funding agreements, and flag renewal/reporting dates.
- Coordinate standardized email outreach and maintain consistent messaging for regular events and programming.
- Support the creation of slide decks and reporting visualizations for leadership and council meetings.
- Execute regular updates for team websites, manage social media accounts and digital communication channels to engage the student builder community.
- Provide strategic support during peak periods (e.g., major events, program launches) and assist with the logistical setup for onboarding new staff, fellows, and students.
- Bachelor’s degree in any subject.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in operations or project management roles.
- Excellent cross‑functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to quickly, accurately, and effectively organize large volumes of information into useful formats.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Strong project management, slide‑deck creation, spreadsheet, and related operational skills.
- Ability to adopt new tools and technology.
- Ability to measure, track, and articulate metrics and results.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and occasional travel.
- Successful completion of a criminal background check required.

The targeted hiring range for this position is $81,800 – $106,900. Salary varies based on education, experience, and internal equity.
Final candidates must pass a criminal background check; a drug screen or physical may be required during the post‑offer process.
