10 is currently seeking a BSA Lead / Product Owner for a contract to hire position with a Regional Financial Institution located in Columbus, OH. This hybrid opportunity can also be located in Detroit, MI, Minnetonka, MN, and Dallas, TX. Compensation: $70.00 - $80.00 per hour, W2, based on experience and qualifications

Position Overview:

We are seeking a strategic and experienced BSA Lead/Product Owner to lead the development and optimization of solutions on the Service Now platform. This role requires a deep understanding of Service Now capabilities, agile product management, and strong leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver high-impact digital solutions that drive business value.

Primary Responsibilities:

Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for Service Now initiatives Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria Prioritize features and enhancements based on business value, technical feasibility, and user impact Serve as the subject matter expert for the Service Now platform and applications Collaborate with architects and developers to ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions Stay current with Service Now releases and recommend adoption of new features Lead and mentor a scrum team of business analysts, developers, and testers Facilitate agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams Ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions that meet or exceed expectations Monitor product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement Champion best practices in agile development, Dev Ops, and ITIL processes Core Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or 4+ additional years in equivalent experience 8 - 12+ years of related experience in product ownership, project management, or service delivery management 3+ years of hands-on experience with the Service Now platform Desired

Skills:

Deep knowledge of Service Now modules and capabilities Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe) Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive consensus Service Now certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist) are a plus Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Experience assisting in creation of scope documents, eliciting and documenting functional/non-functional requirements and use cases Demonstrable technical skills and ability to learn technology Strong organization, written and oral communication skills Experience facilitating group sessions to gather requirements Experience tracking and driving deliverables to completion Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis
