Helpdesk Analyst

Required Skills

• 1+ year experience working in a call center or Helpdesk environment
• Experience working in a Windows 7 / 10 environment
• Experience documenting within a ticketing system
• Experience utilizing Active Directory
• Ability to troubleshoot/problem solve issues over the phone
• Excellent customer service skills

• Associates / Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field of study

We are seeking multiple Helpdesk Analysts to join our client's technical support team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to gain professional experience working in a financial environment who has either an Associates or Bachelor's degree in an Information Technology related field or someone who has worked in a call center or Helpdesk environment for at least 1-2 years.

Ideal candidates will have previous experience working in a Windows 7/10 environment, will have utilized Active Directory, and are comfortable going onsite daily.
