- Experience documenting within a ticketing system
- Experience utilizing Active Directory
- Ability to troubleshoot/problem solve issues over the phone
- Excellent customer service skills
- Associates / Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field of study
We are seeking multiple Helpdesk Analysts to join our client's technical support team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to gain professional experience working in a financial environment who has either an Associates or Bachelor's degree in an Information Technology related field or someone who has worked in a call center or Helpdesk environment for at least 1-2 years.
Ideal candidates will have previous experience working in a Windows 7/10 environment, will have utilized Active Directory, and are comfortable going onsite daily. If you are looking to continue your IT career in a growing atmosphere and gain new skill sets along the way, then this is the position for you!
