We are looking for a Tier II ERP Support Analyst to work for our client. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced application support professional to play a key role in maintaining and optimizing critical ERP systems, with a hybrid schedule based in Columbus, OH (3 days onsite per week).
Responsibilities- Provide Tier II support for ERP systems, resolving escalated issues from Tier I support teams
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve application and system issues in a timely manner
- Write and optimize SQL queries to investigate data issues, generate reports, and support troubleshooting efforts
- Collaborate with end users to understand issues, gather requirements, and provide effective solutions
- Document support tickets, resolutions, and recurring issues to build a knowledge base for future reference
- Partner with IT and business teams to test and implement system fixes, patches, and upgrades
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues before they impact operations
- Assist with ERP configuration changes and enhancements as needed
- Support integration points between ERP and other business-critical applications
- Participate in on-call rotation for critical issue escalation as needed
- Provide training and guidance to end users and junior support staff
- 5+ years of application support experience
- 5+ years of ERP support experience (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Net Suite, or similar)
- 5+ years of hands‑on SQL experience, including query writing and troubleshooting
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical users
- Experience working in a hybrid or fast‑paced support environment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and escalations effectively
- Hybrid work schedule (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) based in Columbus, OH
