Key Responsibilities for the Senior HRIS Analyst:

• Support and enhance SAP HRIS systems, including configuration and troubleshooting

• Partner with HR and Payroll teams to optimize system processes and workflows

• Analyze and resolve complex HRIS issues and system defects

• Support system testing, upgrades, and implementations

• Develop and maintain HR reporting and data integrity processes

Qualifications for the Senior HRIS Analyst:

• 5+ years of HRIS experience, preferably within SAP environments

• Strong experience supporting HR systems, reporting, and integrations

• Experience troubleshooting complex system issues

• Prior exposure to system implementations or upgrades preferred
