**** Job Summary
** The Principal - Analytical and Automation Solutions defines and drives advanced analytical and automation solutions across complex, cross-domain use cases. Provides expert-level capability in shaping solution approaches, solving highly ambiguous business problems, influencing strategic decisions, and advancing enterprise capability. Drives innovation, optimization, and long-term value creation across solution portfolios while ensuring alignment to business strategy and operational priorities.
** Essential Job Functions
*** Define solution frameworks and advanced approaches for complex analytical and automation initiatives.

* Lead the design and delivery of solutions across multiple, cross-domain use cases and solution portfolios.

* Solve highly complex business and technical problems, evaluating tradeoffs and long-term implications.

* Shape and influence solution strategy, approach, and prioritization across initiatives.

** Minimum Qualifications
*** Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
* 10+ years of experience delivering and defining advanced analytical and automation solutions across complex, cross-domain environments.
* Experience includes solving ambiguous problems using advanced analytics, machine learning, NLP, and automation frameworks, and shaping solution architectures across technologies.
* Demonstrated expertise in selecting appropriate methodologies (ML modeling, text analytics, RPA orchestration).
* Experience with GenAI capabilities (LLM strategy, enterprise use cases) is expected. Recognized internal or external subject matter expert in analytical and automation domains.
