AI Solutions Manager

Walor North America is looking for an AI Solutions Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the implementation, administration, optimization, and ongoing support of Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions across the organization. This role serves as the primary technical resource for evaluating AI technologies, coordinating implementation projects, integrating AI applications with existing business systems, ensuring data security and compliance, and driving continuous improvement through AI-enabled automation.

What you will do:
  • Analyze business workflows to identify automation opportunities.
  • Lead the implementation of enterprise AI platforms and software solutions.
  • Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for AI-driven process improvements.
  • Develop implementation plans, project timelines, and deployment strategies.
  • Coordinate with software vendors and implementation partners.
  • Configure AI applications based on organizational needs.
  • Perform testing and validation before production deployment.
  • Manage AI software upgrades and new feature rollouts.
  • Monitor AI system performance, uptime, and user adoption.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate resolutions with vendors.
  • Collaborate with IT to ensure AI systems remain compliant with company cybersecurity policies.
  • Design AI-powered solutions to reduce manual work and improve efficiency.
  • Measure ROI and operational improvements resulting from AI initiatives.
  • Recommend enhancements based on user feedback and business needs.
  • Work with IT to integrate AI platforms with ERP, HRIS, CRM, document management, and manufacturing systems.
  • Ensure high-quality data inputs for AI applications.
  • Monitor data integrity and system performance.
  • Support API integrations and automation workflows.
  • Develop user documentation, standard operating procedures, and best practices.
  • Train employees on AI tools and responsible AI usage.
  • Provide ongoing support to end users.
  • Promote AI adoption through education and change management initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company data privacy and confidentiality requirements.
  • Monitor AI-generated outputs for quality, accuracy, and ethical use.
  • Stay current on AI regulations and industry best practices.
  • Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend new solutions.
  • Lead pilot projects for new AI capabilities.
  • Develop metrics and dashboards to measure AI effectiveness.
  • Continuously improve AI processes based on organizational needs.
Qualifications

Required:
  • 3–7 years of experience supporting enterprise software or business systems.
  • 5 years of relevant tech or management consulting experience
  • Experience implementing enterprise software solutions.
  • Experience administering cloud-based applications.
  • Experience with AI platforms such as Claude, Copilot, ChatGPT, Compri, Jumini, Cognex and Plex or other similar platforms.
  • Manufacturing experience is highly desirable.
