Responsibilities
Responsible for identifying, remediating and communicating issues and needs pertaining to the desktop computing environment at the medical center. The Field Services Desktop Team is committed to assisting its patients. This includes but is not limited to PC, laptops, phones, scanners, printers, software and handheld devices. Provides technical expertise, fault diagnosis, identification, isolation and resolution for video and peripheral equipment issues and deployments.
Knowledge and experience in Microsoft Teams is required. The candidate must also have knowledge and experience in Cisco Video and basic Cisco VOIP programming. Soft skills are essential; customer service is 51%, technical 49%. Must be able to stand all day and work in patient rooms, OR/ER, and be comfortable with blood exposure. Must be trainable and willing to learn.

- Prefer experience with MS Teams (connection troubleshooting, microphone and video issues).
- Prefer experience over education.
