Data Management Coordinator

This position is in the Director's Office-Information Technology Section at Columbus Water & Power (CWP) and, under general direction, will be responsible for planning, directing and coordinating the ongoing management and analysis of data and processes associated with Oracle Customer Cloud Services (Customer Service and Billing System) on behalf of the division. This role will focus on the Customer Information and Billing Application, as well as integrated systems.

The Data Management Coordinator will be responsible for serving as the system administrator and subject matter expert for IT, business processes, system functionality and configuration. It will manage and analyze data to support critical business decisions and review and document processes related to information systems; performs related duties as required. This position is in-office at our headquarters.

Preferred experience:

Using SQL, Crystal Reports, Business Objects, or other database reporting tools, or database relational administration experience.

Possession of a bachelor's degree and five (5) years of experience performing data analysis OR report development from a relational database (using SQL, Crystal Reports, Business Objects, or other database reporting tool) OR database (relational) administration. Substitution(s):
Possession of a master's degree may substitute for one year of the required experience.
