Proposal Content & Knowledge Management Specialist
We are seeking a proposal content & knowledge management specialist to join our Corporate Marketing team. This role will work from one of our office locations in Baltimore, MD;
Jacksonville, FL;
Tampa, FL; or Columbus, OH.
As a proposal content & knowledge management specialist, you will manage and continuously improve PRIME AE's proposal and marketing knowledge assets while serving as a subject matter expert for Deltek Vantagepoint CRM and enterprise content management processes. You will collaborate with Marketing, Operations, IT, HR, and Business Development teams to streamline workflows, capture institutional knowledge, and implement technology-driven solutions that improve efficiency, consistency, and proposal quality.
You will also help position PRIME AE for future growth by leveraging automation, artificial intelligence, and best practices in knowledge management and content governance.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years in AEC proposal development, marketing operations, CRM administration, or knowledge management.
- Advanced Deltek Vantagepoint CRM experience.
- Experience managing enterprise proposal content repositories.
- Strong understanding of AEC qualifications-based procurement.
- Technology-forward mindset with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Adobe CC, and AI tools.
