IT Project Manager, Change Management
Pacific International has been exclusively retained by a manufacturer in the Greater Columbus, OH region. The company is seeking a Vice President of Digital Transformation to lead the modernization of technology, systems, data, and business processes across a growing manufacturing company with global operations.
Reporting to the CEO, the successful candidate will operate as an enterprise leader responsible for both technology execution and business transformation, partnering closely with the executive team to improve operational performance, strengthen cybersecurity, accelerate system adoption, and ensure successful execution of critical initiatives including ERP deployment, digital manufacturing advancements, and enterprise process improvements.
Key Responsibilities Technology Leadership- Lead technology strategy and operations.
- Ensure secure, reliable, and scalable technology services.
- Oversee infrastructure, cloud, networks, and key technology partners.
- Drive efficiency and business improvement initiatives.
- Partner with leaders to streamline processes and support growth.
- Implement technology and automation that deliver business value.
- Oversee business applications and enterprise platforms.
- Lead system modernization initiatives.
- Ensure successful adoption and continuous improvement of business systems.
- Lead cybersecurity, risk, and compliance efforts.
- Enhance data, reporting, and analytics capabilities.
- Establish governance and oversight for strategic initiatives.
- 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in technology, business systems, digital transformation, or related disciplines
- Demonstrated success leading complex technology organizations and supporting enterprise-wide business objectives
- Proven track record delivering large-scale systems implementations and transformational business initiatives
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate technology investments into measurable business outcomes
- Experience building, developing, and leading high-performing teams
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to influence and partner effectively with executive leadership and cross-functional teams
- Experience managing external technology partners, vendors, and service providers
- Proven success operating in dynamic, results-oriented environments
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
