** About the Role*
* We are seeking a highly skilled  
** Data Governance Collibra Devloper
** to lead the implementation and adoption of enterprise-wide data cataloging, metadata management, and lineage capabilities. This role is critical in enabling data transparency, governance, compliance, and trust across modern cloud and on-premise data ecosystems.

The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in  
** Collibra** , metadata management, data governance frameworks, and cloud-based data architectures including AWS and Snowflake.

** Key Responsibilities*
* + Lead the design, implementation, and operationalization of enterprise data catalog and lineage solutions using Collibra

+ Develop and maintain metadata management standards and governance frameworks

+ Enable end-to-end data lineage visibility across cloud and on-premise platforms

+ Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to ensure enterprise data is discoverable, trusted, and compliant

+ Drive adoption of data governance best practices across teams

+ Identify, classify, and manage PII (Personally Identifiable Information) and sensitive data

+ Integrate metadata and lineage capabilities into AWS-based data platforms and Snowflake environments

+ Support initiatives related to data quality, stewardship, and regulatory reporting

+ Provide strategic guidance to cross-functional teams on data governance and lineage practices

** Required

Skills & Qualifications *
* + Strong hands-on experience with  
** Collibra**  (Data Catalog & Lineage modules)

+ Solid understanding of enterprise data governance frameworks and best practices

+

Experience with AWS data services such as S3, Glue, Redshift, Lambda, and related technologies

+ Expertise in Snowflake and relational database systems

+ Proven experience implementing metadata management and data lineage solutions

+ Strong understanding of PII handling and data privacy requirements

+ Knowledge of data modeling, ETL processes, and data integration techniques

+ Experience working within large enterprise or cross-functional environments

+ Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

** Preferred Qualifications*
* + Experience supporting large-scale data governance transformation initiatives

+ Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements related to data privacy

+ Certifications in Collibra, AWS, or Data Governance are a plus
