PC Technician
Contract opening in Columbus, Ohio to perform Tier 2 troubleshooting and problem and incident resolution support for the client’s Service Desk. Responsibilities include provisioning of accessory hardware, software deployments, deskside support break/fix, and conference room equipment support. You will be responsible for installation, configuration and ongoing support of desktop computers, peripherals, and video conferencing equipment.
Responsibilities- Track corporate end user technology assets throughout lifecycle and maintain CMDB records accordingly.
- Actively participate as a resource on IT projects, contributing to computer deployments, OS upgrades and migrations, infrastructure upgrades, application upgrades, technology lifecycle refreshes and continuous improvement efforts.
- Perform computer imaging, configuration, profile migration and software deployment using tools such as Microsoft Intune.
- Contribute and maintain currency for documentation of standard operating procedures and knowledge base. Adhere to established SLA’s and respond to performance metrics.
- Assist in leading and coaching/development of associate level PC Technicians.
