As Senior Director of Data Engineering, you will be the most senior data leader in the organization, owning the strategy, reliability, and scalability of the company’s data platform. You will build and modernize the systems that power finance, compliance, product, and operational decision-making.

Key responsibilities include:

• Owning and modernizing the data engineering and infrastructure stack
• Building highly reliable, regulatory-grade data systems
• Designing scalable data warehousing, modeling, and governance frameworks
• Partnering closely with Engineering and Product leaders to accelerate delivery
• Leading and growing Data Engineering and Business Intelligence functions
• Remaining hands-on with infrastructure, pipelines, and architecture

The successful candidate will have:

• Proven experience leading data engineering or platform teams in high-scale environments
• Deep experience with cloud-native data architectures (AWS preferred)
• Strong background in infrastructure-as-code (Terraform required)
• Expertise with modern data warehouses and orchestration tools (e.g., Redshift, Airflow)
• Experience building reliable ETL/ELT pipelines and data governance frameworks
• Track record of balancing hands-on technical execution with strategic leadership

• $200k–$240k base salary + benefits
