Enterprise Account Executive

Dataiku is looking for an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to join our team. This is an individual contributor role, newly added due to business expansion. You will:

• Engage prospects and customers across a range of industries about their related initiatives to help them develop a more efficient approach, leveraging our platform, Dataiku.
• Manage the entire sales cycle and own a territory with prospects and customers across various industries.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product management, and sales engineering to showcase the business value of Dataiku's platform, DSS.

• 10+ years experience in software field sales
• Strong belief in a customer-centric selling philosophy and a consultative approach in customer interactions
• Background in selling innovation and new concepts to large enterprises
• Strong ability to develop a vision match with prospects and customers, align across groups, and cultivate champions
• Good articulation of competitive positioning
• Willingness to travel 30–50%
• Experience in data-related domains (big data, analytics, data science, BI/DW, data integration) is desired
• Early start-up experience is a plus

The final compensation package for this role will be determined during the interview process and is based on factors including geographic location, internal equity, education, skill set, experience and training. Eligible roles may also be entitled to commission or other variable compensation through Dataiku's incentive program.

US only national base pay ranges: $145,000 — $150,000 USD
