Your Role at
As continues to scale its global partnership management platform, our product offering and distributed system architectures grow increasingly interconnected. Delivering major, high-leverage software capabilities is no longer the work of single, isolated squads; instead, it demands seamless coordination, dependency management, and flawless alignment across multiple engineering, product, design, and data science teams.
Without dedicated operational guidance, complex cross-functional initiatives face risks of misalignment, fragmented tracking, delayed releases, and administrative overhead on engineering leadership.
The Technical Project Manager (TPM) role is established within the Product Operations sub-department to resolve these challenges. By serving as the operational connective tissue across squads, the TPM ensures that multi-team technical programs are planned with rigor, executed with agility, and delivered with predictability. This role is essential for accelerating program velocity, resolving structural friction points, and keeping our R&D teams highly aligned with overall business outcomes and customer success.
The Technical Project Manager is a dynamic, highly visible execution leader within 's Product & Technology division. Reporting directly to the Senior Director, Product Operations, this individual takes end-to-end operational ownership of cross-functional technical programs from inception to post-launch evaluation.
The TPM is a "player-coach" of process and program execution. They act as a trusted partner to engineering managers, product leads, and UX designers, using Agile and Scrum methodologies to keep highly complex, multi-team efforts on track.
This role requires a unique combination of sharp organizational instincts, deep communication skills, and technical credibility—allowing you to engage deeply with engineers on architecture, APIs, and system dependencies. Additionally, this role champions modern operations by actively leveraging generative AI tools to maximize personal productivity, streamline documentation, and continuously mature the wider TPM playbook.
