Intelliguard is hiring a hands-on Help Desk Support Specialist to be the first point of contact for all end-user technology issues. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, email, and connectivity, and document tickets for the day-to-day Tier 1–2 support.
You’ll own the end-user experience, coordinate with senior IT staff, and help maintain devices, accounts, and software. This role is hybrid with Columbus, OH on-site and remote options.
