One of our government clients is seeking an experienced Test Lead to support the Division of Information Technology at the Ohio Industrial Commission. This is an Onsite contract position.

Responsibilities:
- This is a team lead position.
- This position will support the Division of Information Technology at the Ohio Industrial Commission.
The ideal candidate will have the skills specified below:
- Perform as a Test Lead.
- Create Test Scenarios (TS), Create Test Cases (TC) and Execute TC in Azure Dev Ops (ADO) using Test Plans.
- Take Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and coordinate Test Cases to ensure 100% coverage.
- Supervise other Testers in their Creation of Tests.
- Create Test Cases for different Test Types (Positive, Negative, Boundary Value, Equivalence Partitioning, Decision Table Testing, etc.).
- Design Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) from Functional Requirements (FRs) to Test Scenarios and Test Cases.
- Design high-level Status Reports and Dashboards for Managers to gauge Progress, Blockers and Bugs.
- Identify Bugs in all Testing Scenarios (Smoke, Integration, System, Regression, Performance, UAT).
- Assist in Planning, Creation, and Control of Test environments.
Required Skills:
- Perform as a Test Lead – Required – 7 Years
- Take Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and coordinate Test Cases to ensure 100% coverage – Required – 7 Years
- Create Test Scenarios (TS), Create Test Cases (TC), and Execute TC in Azure Dev Ops (ADO) using Test Plans – Required – 7 Years
- Create Test Cases for different Test Types (Positive, Negative, Boundary Value, Equivalence Partitioning, Decision Table Testing, etc.) – Required – 7 Years
