The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business is seeking an IT Service Support Analyst to install, configure, and support desktop environments and software for students and staff. You will troubleshoot hardware/software issues, maintain documentation, and assist with classroom support while ensuring security requirements are met.
Hours are 10am-7pm with some flexible hours, occasional evenings and weekends for events.
