Job Description
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues on Windows ,2016, 2019, 2022, 2025 server platforms
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues on VM ware, Nutanix platforms, Zerto
- Experience on Troubleshooting Active Directory AD issues
- Ability to support the automation environment including troubleshooting vRA and vRO issue
- Develop and document automated workflows
- Experience with Service now APIs
- Provide Root cause analysis for Windows platform related issues
- Subject matter Expert of Windows, Active directory, Tech Specs, Patching, P2V, cybersecurity risks
- Design and implement technical solutions of platform and application set up
- Administer and maintain Windows server infrastructure, Provide High availability (HA) , Disaster recover (DR)
- Manage and configure VMware virtualization environments, including vSphere, ESXi hosts, and virtual machines
- Design and implement backup and recovery strategies for Windows based systems

Salary Range: $120,000 -$130,000 year
