The position will work on the State of Ohio Financials People Soft system (OAKS) with the functional team. Assistance needed in the following areas: PUM Image Upgrade, identify new functionality, writing functional design documents, testing interface files, and production support.

PUM Image Upgrade Job Duties for RACM:

• Strong People Soft FIN 9.2 experience.
• This resource will work with a functional team however, will need technical People Soft experience.
• Knowledge of integration points between modules.
• Experience with People Soft architectures with external applications.
• Experience doing People Soft Development.
• Experience working with People Soft application engines.
• Proficient using Application Designer.
• Proficiency in People Tools, Integration Broker, Web Services and EIP's.
• Competency in Oracle and Windows server environment.
• Project management experience and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient at PS Query.
• Knowledge of MFT and other file mover software.
• Experience creating custom inbound and outbound interface files with banking and other external systems.
• Knowledge with People Soft tables and structures for research and analysts.
• Experience with production support.
• Experience reviewing People Soft code to identify root cause and customizations.
• Testing experience with People Soft lifecycle testing.
• Experience writing enhancement documentation which includes and not limited to requirements gathering, business analyst, configuration, identifying tables and code changes, test conditions, business risks, and alternative options.
• Experience with a large Government enterprise solutions.
• Must be on call 24/7.
