Product Execution Manager III
Leads the more complex online/digital products projects to completion, working with Business Analysts to break down work into agile methodology, works with product managers to ensure all expectations are met. Monitors product to provide transparency to Business and IT leadership on project status and any issues. Mentors junior level colleagues as necessary.
The Sr. Execution Manager is a member of the journey core team responsible creating and owning the product backlog. Sr. Execution Managers will work closely with the journey owners to ensure feature/solution design outcomes align with the overall journey re-design objectives and business outcomes for Commercial bank customers. Mentors and leads junior level colleagues as necessary.
Detailed Description
- Owns their part of the journey feature team
- Acts as a proxy for the customer and creates user stories
- Defines overall direction of solutions; works to identify and prioritize features to meet needs of the customer
- Manages and prioritizes the backlog
- Ensures end-end delivery of features
- Escalates issues to journey owners for resolution
- Ensures use of best practices in the development delivery of digital solutions
- Brings to market complex, customer-driven digital products, and services
- Prioritizes customer needs and manages product feature sets to deliver digital products that exceed customer expectations
- Represents the customer and business goals while working with technology partners to deliver products
- Manages the product lifecycle from requirements-gathering through production and release
- Develops business scope and requirements
- Works with the internal digital design team to create user experience scenarios for products
- Works with systems vendor, technology, retail, marketing, and customer service partners to ensure successful delivery of digital services
- Maintains information on service performance and application metrics, for analysis and reporting to management
- Provides transparency to business and technology leadership on project status and product development issues
- Manages risk associated with delivering applications and specific application features
- Assists with customer research and issue resolution
- Other product management tasks that may be required from time-to-time
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years of Online/Mobile Product Management or Digital project delivery experience in Consumer or Business and Commercial Banking (new customer acquisition and on-boarding experience preferred)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Digital product management or delivery experience in e-commerce, digital messaging, identity and access management, digital money movement, or customer self-service.
