The Ohio Department of Insurance, Office of Information Technology and Security (OITS), is seeking to fill an Infrastructure Specialist 1 position (working title: Desktop Support Technician). - Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues across multiple divisions, including on‑site deployment and issue resolution.
- Diagnose, analyze, and communicate detailed information regarding technical issues to specialized teams.
- Independently install, maintain, configure, upgrade, and administer hardware and software in support of end‑user devices.
- Interface with other platforms from both hardware and software perspectives.
- Collaborate with the security team to maintain security compliance across all software and hardware assets.
- Create, organize, and maintain documentation.
