  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues across multiple divisions, including on‑site deployment and issue resolution.
  • Diagnose, analyze, and communicate detailed information regarding technical issues to specialized teams.
  • Independently install, maintain, configure, upgrade, and administer hardware and software in support of end‑user devices.
  • Interface with other platforms from both hardware and software perspectives.
  • Collaborate with the security team to maintain security compliance across all software and hardware assets.
