our Client isseeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives that support the development of innovative scientific data platforms and AI-powered solutions. This role serves as the central point of coordination across engineering, product, design, and executive stakeholders, ensuring alignment, transparency, and successful delivery of strategic programs. What’s the Job?- Drive end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale programs, ensuring alignment on scope, timelines, resources, and objectives.
- Serve as the primary communication hub for program stakeholders, providing clear, timely updates tailored to technical teams, business leaders, and executives.
- Partner with Engineering, Product, and Design leaders to define goals, success metrics, priorities, and delivery plans that keep teams focused on shared outcomes.
- Proactively surface risks, dependencies, and roadblocks, communicating impacts and recommendations before they affect program delivery.
- Create program roadmaps, status reports, and executive presentations that translate complex technical information into clear business narratives and actionable decisions.
- 6+ years of program or project management experience delivering large, cross-functional technology initiatives in a software or technology environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively engage both technical teams and executive leadership.
- Proven ability to build trust, manage competing priorities, and influence decisions across multiple teams without direct authority.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid methodologies, along with proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management tools.
- Demonstrated ability to use data to drive decisions, monitor program health, identify risks, and communicate progress effectively.
- Experience supporting scientific, research, R&D, AI, or data platform initiatives.
- Familiarity with SDLC and release management processes.
- Experience leveraging AI tools to improve program efficiency and reporting.
- PMP, CSM, or related certification preferred but not required.
- Experience leading organizational change and technology adoption initiatives.
