Key responsibilities include managing, configuring, and troubleshooting network devices, implementing security protocols, and supporting virtual server environments. The role demands diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues to maintain a reliable and secure network.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network hardware and software.
- Lead and coordinate project planning and management, execution, and delivery to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget, while effectively managing resources and stakeholder communication.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
- Support network security measures, including firewalls, VPNs, and access controls.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to implement network upgrades and new technologies.
- Document network configurations, procedures, and changes.
- Provide technical support to end-users and other IT staff as needed.
- Participate in routine network maintenance and scheduled audits.
