Location:
Columbus, Ohio (Onsite – Local candidates only)
Duration: 8-12 Months
Required Technical Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience in:
- Oracle & PL/SQL
- Shell scripting (Unix/Linux)
- Git (version control)
- Experience with SAP Incentive Management or other commissions systems
- Ability to review, triage, and guide fixes for batch jobs, data issues, or mapping failures
Preferred Qualifications:
- 8–10+ years of IT experience with strong technical delivery and production support exposure
- Previous experience working with hybrid teams (onshore–offshore model)
- Familiarity with NFCS, OIPA, or commissions/payments platforms is a plus
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with client teams and offshore developers
