We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Physical Security Systems Analyst to support enterprise physical security technology, compliance, reporting, documentation, and administrative operations. This is an entry-level opportunity well suited for a recent college graduate or early-career professional interested in building a career in physical security, corporate security operations, compliance, technology, data management, or security systems support.
This role will support a variety of activities across data entry, reporting, records management, badge access reviews, compliance audits, inventory tracking, SharePoint administration, documentation control, and project coordination. The Physical Security Systems Analyst will work closely with Physical Security Technology, Corporate Security, Facilities, Compliance, and Operations teams to ensure security-related records, data, documentation, and tracking tools remain accurate, organized, and audit-ready.
No prior physical security experience is required. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, comfortable working with data and spreadsheets, proficient in Microsoft 365 tools, and eager to learn within a corporate security and technology environment.
Key Responsibilities Physical Security Records & Data ManagementMaintain and update physical security records, databases, inventories, and tracking systems.
Perform data entry, validation, and quality assurance reviews to ensure data accuracy.
Identify data discrepancies and support corrective action efforts.
Maintain organized and accurate security-related records, procedures, documentation, and reference materials.
Support documentation control processes to ensure records remain current, complete, and audit-ready.
Support badge access reviews, compliance audits, and governance activities.
Assist with maintaining access-related documentation, review results, and supporting evidence.
Help ensure physical security records and access data are accurate and properly documented.
Partner with Physical Security, Corporate Security, Compliance, Facilities, and Operations teams to support audit readiness.
Track open items, follow-up actions, and documentation needs related to compliance and governance activities.
Generate reports, metrics, and dashboards using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365 tools.
Support recurring and ad hoc reporting needs for physical security technology and operations.
Organize, clean, and validate data to support accurate reporting.
Assist with creating summaries, trackers, charts, and data views for leadership or stakeholder review.
Support development of reporting processes that improve visibility into physical security records, inventories, and compliance activities.
Assist with SharePoint site administration and document management.
Upload, organize, maintain, and update files, records, procedures, and team documentation.
Help improve document organization, naming conventions, version control, and accessibility.
Support Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, and other Microsoft 365 tools used for collaboration and information management.
