What You Will Do:
Performs configuration, data management, and technical task execution within construction technology platforms (such as AASHTOWare Project), supporting division workflows and ensuring process alignment across modules and platforms. Evaluates and improves business processes with backlog and enhancement items by designing workflows, process maps, and procedure documentation. Provides operational support to district and central office staff, including guidance on data-related questions, delivery of data products, and clarification of system expectations.
Troubleshoots functional and data issues, coordinates with subject matter experts/technical support, and documents system changes to ensure traceability across environments and processes.

Qualifications
Completion of undergraduate core program in business or public administration or data processing/computer science/information systems technology; 2 yrs. exp. or 2 yrs. trg. in which included responsibility for developing standards for new & existing data definition, product evaluation, recommending software selection, design & development of data bases to include security measures/controls & how data is to be accumulated maintained, archived & removed from system.
