Ohio Health is seeking an Epic System Analyst to support and optimize Epic EMR across our healthcare network. In this role, you will configure, test, and maintain Epic modules, partner with clinicians to translate workflows into system solutions, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance. You'll participate in upgrades, integrations, and training initiatives while documenting changes and best practices.

Responsibilities
- Configure, build, and maintain Epic EMR modules to support clinical and operational workflows.
- Collaborate with clinicians and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate workflows into Epic solutions.
- Perform system testing, validation, and quality assurance for new builds, upgrades, and patches.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Epic-related incidents and service requests, ensuring timely resolution.
- Develop and maintain technical and user documentation, including build specs and workflow guides.
- Support and deliver end-user training and go-live activities for new functionality or optimizations.
- Partner with integration teams on interfaces, data flows, and interoperability initiatives.
- Monitor system performance, data integrity, and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
