System Engineer

We are looking for a System Engineer to work for our client. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.

This is a great opportunity for a hands-on systems professional to support and strengthen core infrastructure, with a focus on device management and system reliability, in a hybrid role based in Columbus, OH.

• Design, implement, and maintain server, network, and systems infrastructure
• Manage Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms, including device enrollment, configuration, and policy management
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve issues to maintain uptime
• Support patch management, updates, and system maintenance across the environment
• Administer and support Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and related enterprise systems
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, escalating as needed
• Assist with system upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure projects
• Document system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting procedures
• Collaborate with IT team members to support end users and business systems

• 3+ years of systems engineering or systems administration experience
• Hands-on experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms
• Strong knowledge of server, network, and systems administration
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Active Directory administration
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team

• Broad exposure across infrastructure, endpoint management, and enterprise systems, not a narrowly scoped role
• Hybrid schedule based in Columbus, OH with a supportive, knowledgeable IT team
