Technical Support Representative

Micro Center seeks a Technical Support Representative to deliver hands-on, in-store support for PCs, components, and consumer electronics. Responsibilities

• Provide in-person technical support for PCs, components, and peripherals
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and basic network issues
• Guide customers on product selection, upgrades, and configurations
• Document issues and resolutions in ticketing/CRM systems
• Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Stay current on latest PC hardware and consumer electronics
• Educate customers on best practices, maintenance, and data protection
