- Stagger teams: start 6:30 to 8am then 8-hour day.

Job duties:

This person will be hired on as a Tier 2 Support Technician. Their primary responsibility is user support and ticket assignments and if there is time they will help with training and higher level tasks. There are a lot of software and hardware fixes, replacing monitors, printer fixes on DHCP and getting IP address and printed off the network and replacing printers.

They could also help with hardware deployments supporting rollouts and refresh projects. Will work with new hires to help onboard with IT equipment. They will work from the Service Now ticketing system to respond to requests, support walk up users, respond to MS Teams messages. They will meet and support users in the plant as needed. There are approximately 2K users.

They will work closely with the level 2 support team members.

W10 / W11, O365, imaging, Active Directory, DHCP, MS exchange, Azure, SW and HW troubleshooting, Customer service.

This is a Contract position based out of Columbus, OH.

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Columbus,OH.
