Scope of PositionThe Ohio State University Medical Center is committed to enhancing the quality of care provided to patients. Under general supervision from the Director of Engineering and Compliance, the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) Data Systems Analyst provides systems information support to the Facilities Services Department.
Position SummaryThe CMMS Data Management Analyst provides support for the OSUWMC CMMS system consisting of over 30,000 assets covering 7M+ square feet of hospital, outpatient, laboratory, and office space.
Responsibilities- Responsibilities include day-to-day data management of the CMMS database.
- Responsibilities include, but not limited to physical asset inventory, implementation of preventative maintenance schedules, and ensures accuracy of the data within the system.
- Conduct periodic audits of the data within the system to ensure accuracy.
- Generate reports for compliance and operational scorecards and evaluate to ensure they are correct and complete.
- Format and upload data from multiple external sources including project Building Information Modeling (BIM) sources.
- Supporting modification of data as directed by managers and directors.
- Minimum Qualifications For Hire:
Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or relevant field. - Preferred:
Two years of relevant work experience. - Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point Excellent Communication Skills Customer service and/or public relations skills.
- Experience with CMMS systems desired
- Experience with facilities operations and maintenance organizations desired.
