As a Senior Business Insights Consultant supporting the Office of the Chief Legal Officer (OCLO), you will serve as the lead analytics and reporting consultant responsible for delivering business intelligence solutions that support OCLO senior leadership, Corporate Operations and Litigation Legal, as well as other areas of OCLO. This role owns the development, maintenance, and enhancement of a broad portfolio of operational and financial reporting, dashboards, and analytics products derived from OCLO's matter management system and other data sources.

The position requires a blend of advanced technical expertise, business consulting, and strategic analytical thinking to transform complex data into actionable insights that drive organizational decision-making and operational performance.

Technical Expertise

• Demonstrated advanced proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, Dataiku, Cognos, SQL, and Python, with the ability to design, develop, and maintain complex analytics solutions, automated reporting processes, dashboards, and scalable data products.
• Experience integrating data from multiple enterprise systems and data sources, including structured and unstructured datasets, to support business intelligence and operational measurement initiatives.
• Ability to apply statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and data engineering practices to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and actionable business insights.
• Strong understanding of data governance, data quality management, and documentation standards to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of reporting and analytics solutions.

Business Intelligence & Analytics Leadership

• Leads the design and implementation of enterprise reporting strategies, data visualizations, and performance measurement frameworks that support strategic business objectives.
• Serves as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor on analytics capabilities, data visualization best practices, and business intelligence tools.
• Partners with business leaders, technology teams, and data stakeholders to translate complex business questions into analytic solutions and actionable recommendations.
• Evaluates and recommends new technologies, methodologies, and analytical approaches to enhance organizational reporting and measurement capabilities.

Project Leadership

• Provides technical analysis, promoting best practices in data analytics, visualization, and reporting development.
• Leads large-scale or highly complex analytics initiatives, including project planning, stakeholder management, requirements gathering, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
• Drives continuous improvement efforts through automation, process optimization, and innovative analytic solutions that increase efficiency and business value.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with in the insurance, financial services, or highly regulated industries.
• Experience developing executive-level dashboards and KPI frameworks for operational, financial, and strategic decision-making.
• Experience working within cloud-based analytics ecosystems and modern data platforms.

This position has a preferred office location in Columbus, OH working a hybrid schedule. Remote candidates will be considered with substantial skills and experience.
