As a Guidewire Policy Center Analyst, you will leverage your hands-on experience with Guidewire Policy Center, including configuration and Product Model development, to translate business needs into system requirements. A strong understanding of the insurance industry (personal and commercial lines) is essential.
- Hands-on experience with Guidewire Policy Center (configuration, Product Models).
- Strong understanding of the insurance industry (personal and commercial lines).
- In-depth knowledge of insurance business processes (underwriting, policy administration, regulatory requirements).
- Ability to create functional specifications, process models, and data mappings.
- Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Jira.
- Thorough knowledge of Agile principles and Scrum experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Guidewire Policy Center L3 training/certifications and Insurance domain certifications.
