Role
Summary:
Provide consultation and instruction to internal personnel regarding performance, financial reporting, benchmarking and advanced report development. Develop data models and identify optimal solutions. Develop, facilitate and lead strategic and collaborative cross-functional implementation plans. Demonstrate superior problem-solving skills and serve as the highest-level resource in that area within the organization. Provide strategic direction and subject matter expertise regarding systems, processes and initiatives and follow through from development to full implementation.
Prepare and deliver executive reporting and presentations.
Job Functions:
- Design, write, and optimize complex queries spanning multiple data marts and tables to extract, join, and reconcile data from disparate source systems.
- Design and build warehouse tables that serve as accurate, well-structured foundations for downstream reporting and analysis.
- Apply Python to support data transformation, process automation, and analytical workflows.
- Leverage artificial intelligence tools and techniques to enhance the speed, quality, and depth of data analysis and reporting.
- Connect and integrate data from multiple sources to build polished, executive-ready Power BI dashboards.
- Partner with stakeholders across the organization to translate business questions into well-structured data models and visualizations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Finance, Accounting, or related field of study such as Operations Management, Materials Management, or Information Technology.
- In addition, must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement and Fleet or related business category such as Operations Management, Materials Management, or Information Technology.
- In lieu of Bachelor s degree must possess an Associate s Degree in related field of study, and a minimum of 12 years experience in Supply Chain, Procurement and/or Fleet or related business category such as Operations Management, Materials Management, or Information Technology.
