- Maintain, update, and validate data across multiple company databases and systems, including Microsoft Dynamics
- Perform routine QA/QC audits and quality checks to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness
- Identify, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies, duplicate records, and data integrity issues
- Assist with development and documentation of data entry procedures, standards, and best practices
- Maintain standardized naming conventions, coding structures, and data governance requirements
- Support company-wide efforts to improve data accuracy and reliability
- Serve as the primary point of contact for organization-wide data entry needs
- Recommend process improvements that increase efficiency, reduce manual work, and improve data quality
- Collaborate with departments across the organization to maintain data standards and consistency
- Develop and maintain data entry procedures, process documentation, and user guides
- Support implementation and adoption of improved data management processes and workflows
- 2+ years of experience in data management, database administration, systems support, administrative operations, or related experience
- Experience working with CRM or ERP systems preferred, particularly Microsoft Dynamics
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage large amounts of information with a high level of accuracy
- Strong problem-solving and process improvement mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across multiple departments
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience supporting organization-wide databases or operational systems preferred
- Familiarity with process improvement initiatives or workflow optimization preferred
- Experience with in the architecture, engineering, consulting, or professional services industry is a plus
- Associate’s degree or experience in Business, Information Systems, Data Management, Administrative Support, or related field preferred
Demonstrates expertise in data management and database administration, with a strong focus on data accuracy, integrity, and process improvement. Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics and Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments to enhance data governance and operational efficiency.
