Salesforce Platform Analyst
, you'll work at the intersection of business and technology, partnering with stakeholders to design, build, and optimize enterprise applications that improve how work gets done.

As a Salesforce Platform Analyst, the selected individual will configure, deliver and support Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud and integrated applications to support high-priority Sales and Marketing processes. Working closely with process owners, the analyst learns and understands business requirements, analyzes available data, and determines the optimal technical solution. This role serves as a critical bridge between business and technology teams, translating business needs into actionable technical requirements and delivering solutions from initial concept through post-production support.

This position is a hybrid opportunity located in our corporate offices in either
Columbus, OH or Crystal City, VA.

• Configure and Administer Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud; own the Salesforce security model, managing user provisioning, licenses, profiles, permission sets, roles, and multi-factor authentication.
• Develop proof-of-concepts to validate understanding of complex business requirements, iterating to refine and finalize solution design
• Extend the platform with programmatic solutions where declarative options are insufficient (AMPscript, SSJS, Apex invocable actions, LWC), partnering with developers on more complex code
• Manage configuration changes and deployments through a controlled release process (sandboxes, change sets, or CI/CD tooling) in alignment with architectural, governance, and information security requirements
• Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and Marketing Cloud analytics to support sales and marketing leadership
• Facilitate information-gathering sessions with sales, marketing, and process owners to analyze processes, identify challenges, and surface opportunities for improvement
• Translate business requirements into user stories and actionable configuration tasks with clear acceptance criteria

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related discipline; five years of experience as developer; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3+ years of experience designing, customizing, implementing, integrating, and supporting Salesforce solutions, including Sales Cloud, and Marketing Cloud, or related Salesforce technologies in an enterprise environment
