Job Description- With a pleasing personality
- Operate and monitor broadcast automation systems, play out servers, and transmission equipment during live and scheduled broadcasts.
- Ensure all programs, advertisements, promos, and station branding elements air at the correct Time
- Monitor on‑air signals for quality compliance, reporting, and resolving technical issues immediately
- Coordinate with programming, production, and technical teams to ensure smooth transition between segments
- Log and document on‑air activities, including discrepancies, outages, or delays
- Follow delayed broadcast schedules and make time adjustments when necessary
- Maintain compliance with company policies and broadcast regulations
- Perform basic troubleshooting and escalte technical issues to IT Engineers when required
- Assist in loading content and ensuring backup material is available
- Maintain a clean and organized control room
