Project Leader, Digital Experience, Optimization Team

For our client, we are seeking a Project Leader, Digital Experience, Optimization Team to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.

This role will lead efforts to improve a digital employee experience platform, with a strong focus on usability, engagement, and continuous optimization. The Project Leader will partner closely with cross‑functional stakeholders to translate user needs and business goals into enhancements that strengthen content delivery and overall platform performance. This position is well suited for someone who can combine project leadership, analytics, and design sensibility to elevate the digital workspace experience.

The ideal candidate will also help ensure the platform remains consistent, accessible, and aligned with established brand and user experience standards. Success in this role will depend on strong collaboration, attention to detail, and the ability to drive meaningful improvements across a shared internal environment.

Location:

Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually

• Lead development of platform features based on user requirements and business needs
• Use analytics and feedback to improve usability and engagement
• Build and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams to support content delivery
• Drive platform evolution by improving functionality and accessibility
• Ensure consistency in user experience through brand standards and guidelines

• 3+ years of experience in digital experience design for intranets or employee platforms
• Strong understanding of user experience and information architecture
• Experience using analytics to drive user engagement improvements
• Strong graphic design skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Mac OS, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office; knowledge of Igloo/App Space and Canva preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with a focus on improvement
