Own architecture for enterprise Integrated Risk Management solutions spanning risk, policy, compliance, controls, audit, issues, remediation, third-party risk, and related workflows.
What you'll do- Lead end-to-end IRM solution architecture
- Design risk and compliance data models
- Define entity structures and risk taxonomies
- Design authority documents, policies, citations, controls, control objectives, risks, indicators, issues, and remediation relationships
- Design control-testing and evidence-collection approaches
- Define risk scoring and assessment models
- Architect Audit Management solutions
- Integrate IRM with CMDB, ITSM, Sec Ops, HR, and enterprise systems
- Define security and role models
- Establish dashboards and reporting architecture
- Guide developers through complex IRM configurations
- Conduct architecture reviews
- Reduce technical debt and unnecessary customization
- Support platform upgrades and roadmap decisions
- Partner with risk, audit, security, legal, compliance, and business stakeholders
- 8+ years of technology or GRC experience
- 5+ years of Service Now experience
- 3+ years of Service Now IRM/GRC implementation experience
- Deep understanding of enterprise risk and controls
- Strong Service Now architecture skills
- Experience with complex regulated environments
