Business Analyst Contractor

Huntington is seeking a Business Analyst contractor to support the development and optimization of speech analytics topics within the Genesys platform. This analyst will help create, test, refine, validate, and document approximately 150 speech topics used to identify customer intents, interaction drivers, operational opportunities, and customer experience trends across the contact center. The analyst will follow an established topic development methodology and work collaboratively with Contact Center Service Delivery, business line subject matter experts, Quality Assurance teams, and technical partners.

Each topic will progress through defined design, build, validation, refinement, re-validation, and documentation activities before being considered production ready. This is a hands-on analytical role suited for candidates with strong attention to detail, critical thinking skills, and the ability to translate business concepts and customer language into measurable speech analytics criteria.
