Must Have Technical/Functional

Skills:

• Proficient with Linux and Windows server OS.
• Proficient with installation and configuration of messaging components such as IBM MQ or ActiveMQ.
• Ansible/AWX scripting.
• Experience with hosting applications within AWS or Azure highly preferred.
• Agile Methodology.
• Experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting IBM MQ, IBM App Connect, and ActiveMQ.
• Experience with hosting applications within AWS or Azure highly preferred.
• Analytical skills to troubleshoot and solve issues.
• Ability to collaborate effectively and work as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Critical thinking and Analytical problem-solving skills.
• Completion of L3 training in Middleware related courses.
• This position will be with the Support and Services team within Middleware technologies.
• Responsible for 24/7 support and request management of Middleware technologies such as IBM MQ, IBM App Connect, and other messaging services.
• Understanding of IT infrastructure and the ability to troubleshoot complex systems.
• Should possess background in hosting web applications including expertise in the underlying infrastructure components.
• Hosting applications in cloud environments such as AWS or Azure highly preferred.
