We are actively expanding our sales team in Columbus to better serve our diverse local markets. We are looking for open-minded, optimistic individuals who want to learn professional sales, build a career, and move into leadership as our branch expands.

As a Bilingual Sales Associate, you are the face and voice of our campaigns. You will work on the front lines, helping national brands and non-profits connect with consumers across the Greater Columbus area.

Everyone at Vybe starts at the entry level. We provide complete, paid training so you can master our outreach systems before you ever have to lead or train anyone else.

• Community & Consumer Outreach: Conduct face-to-face, in-person sales and brand presentations to acquire new customers.
• Bilingual Communication: Use your language skills (English + Spanish OR French/Creole) to bridge gaps, answer questions, and build rapport with diverse consumer bases.
• Master the Close: Learn how to explain services clearly, navigate customer concerns, and seamlessly guide people through the enrollment process.
• Data Management: Use our CRM tools to track your daily progress, manage territory leads, and keep score of your achievements.

• Fluency: Must be fluent in English AND either Spanish or French/Haitian Creole.
