Network Engineer - Customer Outreach with Security Clearance

Job Description Overview Blue Water Federal is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support DISA operations in the Columbus, OH area. The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for initial customer interactions and follow through of service orders. Responsibilities
* Initial customer interactions and follow through of service orders.
* Enter the service request details into DISA Storefront (DSF) to initiate a telecommunications service request.
* Perform customer interaction with exceptional service before/after DISA Storefront (DSF) entry.
* Engage with the customer to provide assistance if the service request is incomplete or requirements are unclear. Qualifications
* An active Secret clearance or the ability to obtain one.
* 2+ years of military experience in communications or a related technical field, 2+ years in an accredited technical training program with at least 1 year of experience in communications or a related field, or 2+ years of experience in communications or a related technical field.
