Role overview

This remote opportunity welcomes fluent Lithuanian speakers based in or around Oslo, Norway. Selected evaluators will assess the naturalness of AI-generated Lithuanian text and audio, providing structured feedback that shapes how language models handle pronunciation and tone. The work is project-based, fast-paced, and rewards a sharp ear for linguistic detail.

• Carry out side-by-side comparisons of AI-generated text and voice snippets
• Listen to synthetic audio and rate how natural the voice sounds to a Lithuanian speaker
• Identify moments where pronunciation, accent, or rhythm feel off or culturally inconsistent
  
  Review whether intonation aligns with the conversational context being presented
• Apply structured tags and written feedback on tone, authenticity, and naturalness

• Native or near-native fluency in Lithuanian, with strong command of everyday spoken usage
• Sensitivity to subtle differences in accent, tone, and vocal delivery
• Fluent English skills for reading instructions and reporting observations
• High attention to detail and ability to stay consistent across many short evaluations
